This impressive work of art originated in the small village of Ghiassabad, northeast of Arak in Southwest Persia nearly 100 years ago – and it is particularly well preserved: Woven form silky and lustrous cork wool in strikingly brilliant colours, this masterpiece has the potential of becoming the center of attention in any kind of room. Even after a century, the pile is still high and soft, the fabric excquisite and shining, the classic design and harmoniously balanced proportions timeless and elegant.
